UPDATE: Missing teen found

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Deputies with the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office say a missing 16-year-old has been found.

Deputies say Morgan Darrin was last seen by her mother Thursday night. The teen is described as 5’3”, 120 lbs with blond hair and hazel eyes. Deputies say she was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue shorts and two back packs.

Tuesday morning, deputies said Darrin was located and returned home.
