UPDATE: Wave Transit cancels service due to Winter Storm Warning

WILMINGTON, NC (NEWS RELEASE) — Wave Transit is continuing to monitor the progress of the latest winter storm. During this snow and ice event, the assurance of safety for our passengers and employees is of top priority; therefore, the following changes have been made to the Wave Transit bus schedule:

ALL WAVE TRANSIT BUS ROUTES ARE CANCELED, AND WAVE TRANSIT OFFICE ARE CLOSED.

WAVE TRANSIT WILL RESUME BUS SERVICE ON TUESDAY OPERATE ON OUR REGULAR SCHEDULE.

If there are further changes made to the Wave Transit bus schedule for January 10, 2010, you will receive an additional press release.
