UPDATE: Deputy cleared of hitting teen on bike

LELAND, NC – The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office of Professional Standards has completed the internal investigation involving the traffic accident on June 30th, 2010.

It has been determined Deputy Lentz violated no traffic laws or departmental policies and he has been cleared of any wrong doing in this incident.
