Update on DirecTV complaint
WWAY has an update on one former DirecTV customer’s battle.
John Jacovino canceled his DirecTV service after he said the company failed to provide him with the high definition services they promised.
Jacovino was charged the cancellation fee, appealed, and has now been told the company will not refund the more than $300 charge.
He has filed a complaint with the North Carolina Consumer Protection Division and said he will go to small claims court if necessary.
