Wallace Elementary students make rap video to pump schoolmates up for tests

WALLACE, NC (WWAY) — A 5th grade class in Duplin County is getting creative to show that school is cool!

Elizabeth Budd is a 5th grade teacher from Wallace Elementary School.  She says her students have worked hard to create a video called the “EOG RAP” to pump up their fellow schoolmates in preparation for the state standardized tests later this month. Budd says the kids stayed after school and worked during their recess for weeks to put this together.

Lyrics include, “Do your best, get ready for these tests, don’t just guess, choose your answers for success”.
They are sharing the video with as many people as they can in hopes to inspire other students in our area!

Way to go, kiddos!  School IS cool!
