Wanted ‘armed and dangerous’ Shallotte man arrested

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A wanted ‘armed and dangerous’ Shallotte man is now behind bars.

James Ali Pugh was arrested Tuesday morning and is currently in the Brunswick County Detention Center.

Pugh, 38, was wanted for two counts each of 1st degree burglary, 2nd degree kidnapping, and assault on a female. He’s also charged with violation of a domestic violence order.
