Water outage causing early dismissal for Surf City Elementary, Middle Schools

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A water outage is impacting Surf City Elementary and Surf City Middle schools.

According to a post on Pender County Schools Facebook page, due to this interruption of service at those two schools, students will be released at 11:30 a.m.

Students will be fed prior to being released.
