Weed bust in Pender County

Officers with the Pender county Sheriff’s Office arrested Frederick Leon Spaulding Jr. W/M Rocky Point N.C. with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana, manufacture marijuana, possess drug paraphernalia, and felony possession of marijuana.

The arrest occurred after officers were called the residence to investigate a fight involving individuals with firearms.

Additional charges for firearm violations are pending further investigation.

Spaulding was incarcerated in the Pender County Jail under a $50,000.00 secured bond.
