WFD respond to fire on Princess Place

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Fire Crews responded to a fire at a residence just before 7:00 a.m.

Fire officials say those who arrived on the scene at 2922 Princess Place first saw smoke and flames visible from the building. They started working on the flames while searching for people in the building.

No one was inside and the fire was deemed cleared at 7:16 a.m.
