Wilmington Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. set to host best-selling author this weekend

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is hosting award winning author Victoria Christopher Murray this weekend. The author will share insights from Harlem Rhapsody and give a sneak peek reading from her upcoming book.

Victoria Christopher Murray is a favorite of the Wilmington Alumnae Chapter’s book club, Code REaD. The book club’s chairman, Sandra McClammy, sat down with Tomika Jackson to talk about the chapter’s literacy initiative and Saturday’s event.
