Wilmington Christian knocks off New Hanover in volleyball

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — It shouldn’t come as a big surprise. Wilmington Christian Academy has a good volleyball team and it’s the not the first time they’ve had one. In fact WCA entered Monday’s encounter with New Hanover as the 4-time state champion for NCISSA schools in volleyball. WCA edged New Hanover 3-2 on Monday despite the fact two of the Patriot players left the game with injuries.
