Wilmington fire stations open doors to trick-or-treaters

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — All 11 Wilmington fire station will open their doors this evening to area trick-or-treaters.

Along with candy, kids will receive information about fire safety and how to participate in the Wilmington Fire Department’s free smoke alarm program.

The event will take place between 5:30 and 8 p.m. All units will remain in service in the case of an emergency.
