Wilmington PD search for missing teen

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Police Department is searching for a missing teen.

According to WPD, 16-year-old Shontrel Locke was last seen in the 1400 block of Stanley Street on Thursday.

Police say she was wearing a white t-shirt and a jean jacket with “I’m not sorry” written on it.
