Wilmington police investigating hotel death

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) – Wilmington police are investigating a death at the Best Western on Market St.

A police spokeswoman says the call came in just before 1:00 pm, after a cleaning lady found a young woman in the room.  A hotel manager called the fire department and they tried to do cpr, but it was too late.

Police say the circumstances seems suspicious.
