Wilmington Police searching for man involved in robbery

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police are searching for Glenn Boyer, who they say was involved with a robbery on South College Road.

Police say a victim entered the store and went to the counter to pay for his items, when Boyer walked up from behind and tried to add more items to the victim’s purchase. When the victim only paid for his items and walked out the store, police say Boyer followed and punched him in the face.

The Boyer took the victim’s wallet and ran away.

Police say a warrant was secured for Felony Common Law Robbery on 44-year-old Glenn Boyer. The warrant has not been served and Wilmington Police are still looking for him.
