Wilmington Police looking for peeping suspect

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of secret peeping.

On Tuesday afternoon, the suspect allegedly took an up-skirt photograph of a woman at a shop in the Hanover Center.
