Wilmington man in court facing murder charges

WILMINGTON — Three months after 17-year-old Antonio Brown was shot to death a Wilmington man is in court on murder charges.

Marvin Newkirk made his first appearance in New Hanover County court Tuesday.

Brown was found shot to death back in May.

Police already arrested Kevin Green and Hykeem Gaymon for their roles in the murder. Newkirk was the third and final suspect in the case. US marshals finally found him in Greensboro
