Time: 2:59 p.m. – Wednesday
Location: 341 S. College Rd. – Dollar Tree parking lot
Summary: The female victim reported that she was placing her items in her car when a woman approached and grabbed her purse. The victim said she struggled with the woman who then assaulted her with a shopping cart. Then the woman ran and jumped into a black SUV. WPD officers were able to intercept the SUV and stop it in the 5200 block of Market Street. The driver and passenger were detained for questioning. Michelle Dawn Webb, d.o.b. 12-27-1969, of Wilmington, and James Douglas Boney, d.o.b. 11-28-1969, of Rocky Point , were arrested and charged with Common Law Robbery. They are in custody at the New Hanover County detention facility under $50,000 bond each.

Location: 1605 South 11th Street
Offense: ADW (domestic)
Summary: The male victim, age 51, told officers that he had been arguing with his girlfriend when she stabbed him in the upper arm. The woman he identified, Kimberly (no middle name) Moore, d.o.b. 1-1-1974, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon. She is being held without bond at the New Hanover County detention facility. Her photo is attached.

Location: 717 Dawson Street
Offense: ADWIKISI
Summary: Officers responded to NHRMC emergency room to speak with a man who had been driven to the hospital by a private citizen. The victim said that he had been playing pool at a game room on Dawson Street. He said he went to his car parked in front of the building to get some money. He said he was sitting in the car reaching into the glove compartment to get money when a man rode up on a bicycle and fired two shots, hitting him in the arm and the leg. Then the shooter rode away. The victim said he did not get a good look at the man who shot him.
