Wilmington Police keep busy downtown with several weekend arrests

Wilmington Police kept busy managing an unusual number of unruly crowds this weekend.

There were seven arrests in downtown Wilmington, including charges of disorderly conduct, assault on a law enforcement officer and animal cruelty.

There were several fights after the bars closed.

Two men were knocked unconscious outside the Rhino Club early Sunday morning.
