Wilmington Railroad Museum home to Christmas readings

Mom and dad had a little break from bed time stories this evening. They brought their kids to the Wilmington Railroad Museum for a special Christmas tale.

Kids gathered around Channel 3’s Chris Phillips to hear the reading of the polar express.

After, kids had the chance to sit on Santa’s lap and tell him what they want for Christmas. He gave them something special out of his bag of toys.

Eight year old Samuel Brohaugh said, “Some kids go to the North Pole, and get the first gift of Christmas.”

If you would like to hear a reading of the polar express and see Santa at the railroad museum, make reservations by calling 763-2634. Tickets are five dollars per person and free for kids under two.
