Wilmington woman makes web site for moms

WILMINGTON — Mothers unite: a North Carolina mom has created a site just for you.

Two-hundred moms are connected to WilmingtonMommies.com. The site brings local moms together to talk about issues related to parenting.

Once a month members gather for a mom’s day out.

Renee Lewis uses the web site. She said, “As a mother I know first hand going through the journey of motherhood and how it’s forever changing and having people to take to on a daily basis makes that journey a lot easier.”

Lewis says now that the weather is nice local members will start gathering for outdoor activities.
