WPD: Woman stabbed boyfriend with kitchen knife

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A woman was arrested after she stabbed her boyfriend in Wilmington on Monday morning.

According to Linda Thompson with Wilmington Police, 36 year old Tiffany Walker was arrested shortly after 3:30 a.m. when police responded to 717 S. 7^th Street.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute and discovered a man had been stabbed with a kitchen knife.

Officials say the injuries did not appear to be life-threatening at the time of the incident.

Walker is charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon with Intent to Inflict Serious Injury.
