Police: Woman caught on camera stealing packages identified

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The woman caught on camera stealing packages off a porch in Wilmington has been identified, police say.

Wilmington Police say Tamela Sue Hutto, 40, is the woman seen stealing Amazon packages from a home on 7th Street near downtown Wilmington.

A couple caught the theft on camera.
