UPDATE: Woman wanted in gun theft in custody

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Shallotte woman is in custody in connection with a December firearm theft.

Deputies said Summer Elisa Lysak, 19, was wanted to a theft that happened December 17. Deputies said a gun was taken from a home on Rock Crab Way in Shallotte.

According to the arrest warrant, she took at Colt .380 semi-automatic handgun.
