Wrightsville Beach bridge closures end

The Wrightsville Beach bridge will no longer be closed overnight for repairs.

The North Carolina Department of Transportation has canceled its planned closures for the drawbridge after the necessary work was completed.

Drivers should still expect intermittent lane closures while crews complete some final touch-up work.
