WPD: Man passed out in car on Front Street, broke window to revive him

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police said they responded to a man passed out in a car on Front Street Wednesday night.

Officers said they had to break a window and revive the man using Narcan.

The man was then arrested for driving under the influence.
