WPD looking for surfboard pawners

The Wilmington Police Department needs your help tracking down two people who tried to pawn a stolen surfboard.

Several surfboards were reported missing from a house on March 6th and March 16th. Police said a man and woman tried to sell one of them at College Road Pawn.

An employee recognized the stolen property and refused to buy it, so the suspects ditched it behind the store and left the premises in a small red sedan.

Police are also looking for a man who stole a cell phone from Best Buy on February 10.

If you have any information about the people in the photos, please call Crime Stoppers at (800) 531-9845.
