WPD search for elevator vandals

In this week’s Fugitive Files, Wilmington Police need help finding two men who vandalized a Downtown Wilmington parking garage.

It happened around 2:30 a.m. New Year’s morning in the garage at 115 Market Street.

A surveillance camera in the elevator caught them in the act. Police say the men might have assaulted two other men in a stairwell that night.
