WPD: Wreck causes delays at 17th and Market streets

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Police Department says that drivers should avoid the intersection of 17th and Market streets after a wreck Friday afternoon.

A vehicle hit a pole, which snapped in half.
