New Hanover County Sheriff’s Deputies are following new leads in the murder of one of their own.
Tarica Pulliam was shot several times near her aparment this morning.
Investigators are looking for Anthony Bowen.
Tarica Pulliam took out a restraining order on Bowen 3 months ago.
In the documents we learn Bowen was physically abusing Pulliam and even threatened to kill her.
Football Practice in 98 Degree Heat
