3 dead in Louisburg shooting

LOUISBURG, NC (AP) – Authorities say they’re looking for a suspect in the shooting deaths of three people in Louisburg.

A statement posted on the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office website says that it responded to the scene of the shooting Saturday.

Deputies found a man and a woman dead from gunshot wounds: 18-year-old Shamare Malik Harris and 36-year-old Keisha Livingstone.

The statement said a third victim, 23-year-old Diana Marie Edgerton, was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound but died upon arrival.

Authorities tell multiple media outlets that a fourth person in the house survived and was able to help them identify a male suspect who they are now seeking.
