500 trees being given away in Wilmington this Saturday

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The first tree giveaway of 2024 is taking place Saturday in Wilmington.

The event will distribute 500 three-gallon trees between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the Robert Strange Swimming Pool.

Several different types of trees will be available.
