USS North Carolina hosts 6th annual Batty Battleship’s Halloween Bash

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Battleship North Carolina hosted 6th Annual Batty Battleship’s Halloween Bash Tuesday night.

The fun included all kinds of Halloween activities within the walls of the historic landmark.

“There’s lots of vendors out here. They have candy. There’s some games. I know they’re going down into the ship, too. There’s face painting. Just lots of fun for the family,” said Lindsay Aponte, a vendor at the event.

Tonight was the only night for Batty Battleship’s Halloween Bash, but the USS North Carolina is open all year long for folks who want to stop by and learn some local history.
