UNCW’s Tanner Thach slugs his way into school history
The sophomore broke the school career record for home runs Saturday, hitting #41 against Hofstra

In the 4th inning, Thach sent a ball over the right field fence to become the sole leader of home runs in UNCW history.
Thach finished with two hits, adding a single in the eighth inning.
