Former HGTV Smart Home for sale in Castle Hayne
NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A former HTV Smart Home is for sale in Castle Hayne.
The nearly 3,000 square foot house is on the market for $1,415,000, according to a realtor.com listing.
HGTV gave away the house in 2022 to a Columbia, South Carolina woman as part of their annual Smart Home giveaway contest, which drew over 104 million entries.
The house is equipped with numerous smart features including mirrors that talk, along with an in-ground pool in the back yard.
