ALDI holds job fair for future store

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The grocery chain Aldi will soon be coming to Wilmington, and it’s looking for workers.

A job fair was held Monday to find the right employees.

The company hosted a hiring event earlier this month and another Monday for its upcoming store.

Jobs include store associate, shift manager and manager trainee.

Aldi representatives were on-site at the SpringHill Suites near Mayfaire as people filled out applications.

Anyone hired would have to willing to work at the store in Jacksonville until the Wilmington store opens in 2017.
