Ama’s Girls make ‘Extraordinary’ donation to Dosher Memorial

SOUTHPORT, NC (WWAY) —  We have an extraordinary update on an extraordinary group of girls featured in our Extraordinary Person of the Week segment.  Yep, their mission is the definition of EXTRAORDINARY!

On Saturday, March 19th, Ama’s Girls donated a new blanket and robe warmer plus new capes and gowns to accompany Dosher Memorial Hospital’s 3-D mammography machine in Southport.

Ama’s Girls is a non-profit that promotes early detection of breast cancer.
They do so in honor of their grandmother.
