American Honor Guards of NC recognizes local hero

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The American Honor Guards of NC recently recognized a local hero that will be deploying soon to serve in the Middle East for 6 months.

Deacon Miller, Wilmington Health Network Engineer is an Air Force Cyber Transport Journeyman. The American Honor Guards of NC surprised Deacon with flags decorated outside of his office and then presented him with a commemorative coin. Deacon was joined and celebrated by his fellow colleagues.
