Another teen faces charges in deadly crash

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) – Another teen faces charges in a February crash that killed a teenager.

According to Brunswick County District Attorney Jon David, 16-year-old Justice Harris is charged with the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

His older brother, Devin Harris, already faces several charges, including involuntary manslaughter, in the wreck that killed Caleb Smith on Bridgers Road in Shallotte.

Meanwhile, Devin Harris was back in court Monday accused of taking off his electronic monitoring bracelet.  He is in jail under a 2 million dollar bond.
