WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Aqua North Carolina announced Tuesday the completion of a new 500,000 gallon water tower in the Beau Rivage community.

The project serves nearly 50 subdivisions and commercial properties in southern New Hanover County. This vital infrastructure project significantly enhances water service reliability and pressure for residents, ensuring consistent access to high-quality drinking water.

“This new water tower is a testament to our continued commitment to our coastal communities, and we’re thrilled to officially bring it online,” said Shannon Becker, President of Aqua North Carolina. “This project, along with others in the Cape Water System plan, ensures we can deliver a reliable supply of safe drinking water for generations to come.”
