WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Avelo Airlines takes flight this week with four new routes at Wilmington International Airport – Houston, Texas; Washington, D.C.; Detroit, Michigan; and Long Island, New York.

Houston, Texas via William P. Hobby Airport (HOU)

  • Begins today, June 11, 2025, with twice weekly service on Wednesdays and Saturdays

Detroit, Mich. via Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

  • Begins tomorrow, June 12, 2025, with twice weekly service on Thursdays and Sundays

New York / Long Island, N.Y. via Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP)

  • Begins tomorrow, June 12, 2025, with twice weekly service on Thursdays and Sundays

Washington, D.C. – Dulles (IAD)

  • Begins Friday, June 13, 2025, with twice weekly service on Mondays and Fridays
