Bill Clinton to rally in Wilmington, Whiteville this week

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Hillary Clinton’s campaign says her husband Bill Clinton will be in the Port City this week.

Andrew Barnhill, a Democratic candidate for the North Carolina State Senate, said the former president will rally at Cape Fear Community College Wednesday. The time is to be determined.

Clinton’s campaign said Bill Clinton will address Hillary’s plan to create an economy that will work for everyone.

Barnhill said Clinton will also be in Whiteville Wednesday. President Clinton also rallied for Hillary in the Cape Fear in 2008 in Whiteville.

Barnhill said more details about tickets will be available later this week.

The election is November 8.
