Bladen County Schools achieve top rankings in NC Teacher Working Conditions Survey

Elizabethtown, NC (WWAY)  — Bladen County Schools has been recognized for its high scoring performance in the NC Teacher Working Conditions Survey achieving the highest percentage in two of the eleven categories among all school districts in North Carolina.

The two categories where Bladen County Schools scored the highest are:

1. School Leadership

2. Instructional Practices and Supports

Superintendent Dr. Jason Atkinson expressed his pride in the district’s accomplishments, stating, “This recognition is a testament to the collaborative efforts and commitment of our entire school community. Our focus on strong leadership and effective instructional practices ensures that our students receive the highest quality education.
