Bladen Co. deputies looking for break-in suspect

BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Bladen County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for James Calvin King after he allegedly broke into a home.

Officials said the homeowner shot at King when he caught him breaking into the home.

The Bladen, Pender and Brunswick County Sheriff’s Offices along with Highway Patrol and White Lake Police are searching for the suspect. Investigators said there are also two helicopters involved in the search.

King is white and was last seen wearing light colored jogging pants and is believed to be barefoot.
