Bladenboro man convicted on child sex crimes
BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A Bladen County Jury convicted a Bladenboro man of child sex crimes on Friday.
A judge sentenced Jessie Dixon, 71, to at least 40 years in prison, for two counts each of two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child, and two counts of Sexual Battery.
A press release says Dixon exploited a relationship with a family member of the victim to gain access to her.
