Boombalatti’s collaborates with the Wilmington Sharks for new ice cream flavor

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) Boombalatti’s Ice Cream has announced a collaboration with the Wilmington Sharks baseball team.
The ice cream shop will debut the ‘Sharky’s Sandbar,’ a graham cracker infused ice cream with a cinnamon honey ribbon and crushed vanilla cupcake goldfish grahams.
It will be available at Boombalatti’s forum location across from Mayfaire throughout the summer.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Access Wilmington and Nourish NC.
To kick off the collaboration, there will be a special event at the Boombalatti’s on Military Cutoff Rd. next Monday at 6 p.m. in the evening with the opportunity to mingle with players from the Wilmington Sharks.
