Brunswick County Schools offers free Prom Closet for all Brunswick County students
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, N.C. (WWAY) — The Brunswick County School District will be hosting “Prom Closet” this upcoming weekend.
The event is set to take place Friday, Mar. 20, 2026 from 6 to 8 p.m., as well as from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Mar. 21. It will be held at South Brunswick High School.
The event is free to attend.
The school district says they have over 600 gowns, tuxedos, and accessories available for free. Many dresses still have tags on them or are gently used.
“Prom Closet” is not just for South Brunswick High School students, it is for all high school students within Brunswick County.
