Buffalo Traffic Jam to perform in Wilmington this summer

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — Buffalo Traffic Jam, an upcoming folk group, is scheduled to perform at Greenfield Lake Amphitheater in Wilmington this summer, according to an announcement from Live Nation.

The concert is set for Saturday, July 18.

Buffalo Traffic Jam is a folk duo formed in Bozeman, Montana, by Frankie Cassidy and Nathan Ross, who met while attending Montana State University. The group is known for acoustic-driven music, vocal harmonies and storytelling rooted in folk traditions.

The band has gained attention in recent years with releases including its “Take Me Home” EP and singles such as “Forgot Your Roots,” which helped build an online following. Their music blends elements of folk, country and rock.

Tickets for the Wilmington show are scheduled to go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m., with a presale beginning Thursday at 10 a.m. for Live Nation All Access members.

The show is part of the REV Rocks Concert Series, organizers said.
