WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Fourth Annual Cape Fear Latinos Festival is set for Saturday at the Live Oak Bank Pavilion in downtown Wilmington.

The event, held during Hispanic Heritage Month, will feature live music, dance, children’s activities, community resources, and authentic food vendors. Organizers say it’s a family-friendly celebration that highlights the rich cultural contributions of the Latino community across the Cape Fear region.

The festival also includes the Second Annual Cape Fear Latinos Parade, which begins at 11 a.m at Hanover Street and 4th Street. The main festival runs from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

More than 5,000 people are expected to attend, with dozens of local vendors, nonprofits, and community groups participating. Organizers say the festival not only celebrates heritage but also connects families with resources and builds stronger relationships across the community.
