Car crash sends one to hospital

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Highway Patrol is investigating an early morning car crash that sent one person to the hospital. That’s according to New Hanover County Dispatch.

Dispatchers say the wreck happened on Carolina Beach Road near Silva Terra Drive, which left one vehicle on its side around 3 a.m.

They say one person was taken to New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

The condition of that person is unknown at this time.
